We only use reputed couriers for dispatching our products – such as DHL, DTDC, FedEx, and UPS.

Shipment for domestic orders within INDIA is free.

Our international shipping charges vary with the size. Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive.

Some areas may take longer depending on customs charges.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.

On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Domestic Orders – For orders within India prices are inclusive of Taxes and duties.

International Orders – Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees.

However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied.

In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. FAQ’S 

 Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered business days. Deliveries will not happen these days.

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible.

On average, it takes us about 24 hours to ship goods out of our warehouses across India.

However, if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, it may take longer to process your order.

www.poshaffair.co.in takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

PACKAGE REFUSED AT DELIVERY

If for any reason you refuse to accept your order at the time of delivery, a 75% restocking fee will be levied upon your order and will be deducted from the refund amount to you.
