FAQ ( FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS )

All you need to do is enter your mobile number and email ID; a verification link will be sent on your email ID, please click on it to authenticate your account.

Follow these instructions if you face an issue logging in:

  • Check your login details. Your username is the e-mail address you used for registration.
  • Ensure that your web browser accepts cookies.
  • If you have forgotten your password, reset your password using the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the sign-in page.
  • In case the system is undergoing maintenance, please try logging in again after 30 minutes.

SHIPPING & RETURN

If you want to return/replace a product on Poshaffair.co.in, please call us on

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us a call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in the next 24 hours of time.

(If not dispatched) CONTACT US 

The refund will be credited either in the form of E-vouchers and or an NEFT transfer to your bank account.

For an NEFT transfer we would require the following details:

    • Bank Name
    • Account Holder Name
    • Bank Account Number
    • Branch Address
    • IFSC Code

We take anywhere between 8-12 working days to complete your refund request.

For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made.

For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can either be made in the form of E-vouchers that can be used for your future purchase on poshaffair.co.in online or at our nearest retail store.

It can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, if you receive the wrong product please raise a replacement request within 7 days of the product delivered.

We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation.

Your order may have been canceled due to any of the following reasons:

  • If the product is out of stock or is discontinued.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
  • Payment issue.
A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount.
Merchandise bought at a discount of less than 25% is eligible for exchange or store credit.
Merchandise sold at a discount of 25% or more is considered as the final sale and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the type of purchase when:
  • The order is canceled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
  • The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.
As soon as your order return or cancellation is confirmed, the refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 8-12 working days.
ORDER & DELIVERIES

Modification can only possible before the order is at the “Pending” stage.

Currently, this feature is not available.

You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders.

However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a replacement without any hassle by contacting our customer care team.

Posh affair gives you the option to replace the products bought on poshaffair.co.in within 11 days of the receipt of the order.

You can replace the product if you are not satisfied:

  • With the quality of the product
  • With the fitting of the product
  • Or if you receive a defective product

NOTE: All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

If any alteration is required in the delivered product, kindly visit your nearest store and it will be done without any extra charges.

You need to carry original invoice, received with product.

We regret the inconvenience caused.

If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out.

An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is visit our courier partner’s website and track the journey of your order in real-time!

We also accept wallet payments like – Google Pay / Paytm / Phone Pay / Online Bank Transfer / Check Payment / Payu Money
